His maps were the shit. It wasn't just the presentation, but the scale was always spot on as well. I think one of the last ones I saw was for Plane of Hate.

I felt bad for the eqatlas guy when they came out with the maps feature. You could tell he put a ton of time and effort into his maps, and they all looked gorgeous. His final message wasn't sulking or anything like that-- he just said he was stopping-- but still, felt bad.

+1 Internets | I wish I could just see the first EQ site, the basic flash site with music, one more time. I remember sitting in one of my network classes just looking through that site over and over again. Eventhough EQ didn't boast the number of subs WoW or other MMO's today, the community was so different. When I played WoW and all the time i've invested into EQ2, the boards, guild sites, resource sites, etc. just are not the same. I guess nothing will ever be like the days of EQ. |

+5 Internets | Was it Allakhazam's that was the first Wizard spoiler site? Even though my main at the time was an enchanter, I used to go there to check out what the new INT items were. I don't recall there ever being a good enchanter class site for a really long time. |
