Yes SWG has servers still up and there is a current team working on emulation as well for pre-combat change before it got really bad etc...

Funny I just got back on WoW last night just to have something to do

. Been over a year since I had gotten on and in that entire year I had not signed on to another mmo. Its sad that the market is just that dry. At this point I really don't care if an mmo is a 'WoW-Killer', I'm just wanting something different and new that isn't Eve.

There is an EQ1 thread with a lot of good information. You should check that out.

It is sad that WoW dominates so much right now. Especially since there is so much MMO popularity right now. I think AoC is going to do very good.

EverQuest is in 2nd place behind WoW, the largest and most successful mmo ever.

EverQuest. It's the McDonalds of mmo's. It's pure shit, and YOU'D never eat there nowdays (you did in high school), but you can't help but wonder why the drive through line is 300 feet long every lunch hour.
