No, I hate dailies and I refuse to do them more than the first time. I'm not paying to do chores.

Blizzard really has decided we're all a bunch of lemmings that will take "daily" quests as a replacement for actual gameplay and content.

Maybe they actually want to play a game more exciting then "bomb the eggs" for a month to get that mount? If you have limited time to play, those retard quests dont look too attractive.

As long as there are things that help your game enjoyment, but requires massive amounts of boring shit to do... people will weight their options and look over the alternatives. Some will jump through the hoops, some will try to cheat the system and check for alternate ways to deal with it.

If you don't like the options they provided as an alternative to what was previously available, your alternative option is simple. Quit the fuckin' game. Its obviously not worth your precious time to perform the menial tasks required by EVERYONE ELSE. You're not special. Everyone around you plays by the same set of rules. And thats the problem. Its a god damn game ffs. I am fucking tired of ppl trying to defend this crap. I am tired of the fucking spammers every 5min showing up on different MMOs I play with links to websites and such. Its fucking pathetic. Play the game for what it is, a fucking game.

So its boring to do Dailies and such eh? Well I personally haven't tried them since I haven't played WoW in ages, but let me ask you this. What other way should blizzard do this? Just give players gold every day without doing a thing? Shit WoW is casual MMO to the max and ppl are still bitching that its time sink this, boring dailies that? QUIT the fucking game then.

I for one hope that WoW Glider rots in fucking hell. If one day this shit is allowed then it is only a matter of time till the very shaky foundation that MMOs are standing on right now crumbles to the fucking ground. Imagine Bot programs running on every players computer, game economies going down the drain.

People need to stop being so dense, and should see that the day that a court legitimizes Bot programs, is the day MMOs in the form most of us love to play will cease to exist. Companies will be crippled in fighting Bots, basically destroying game economy, and further destroying any community aspects left in MMOs.

As far daillies and grinding goes, I think the problem is people want to be able to play an mmo 20 hours a week, 50 weeks a year for 3 years plus and still expect to have fresh new content every week. Personally I hope one day we reach the point where we will see a 4 to 5 good mmos a year designed with an expected playtime of 6 months or so. This will be the only way to get rid of the repetitiveness and grind that plague EVERY mmo. This will also in my opinion open mmos to the real mass market that WoW is only tasting from right now. But this can be a whole other thread alltogether.

Blizzard didn't put dailies there in place of, or under the flag of content and actual gameplay, they put it there so fucks like you don't have to do your money-making the old fashioned way. So what exactly are you going to do once you buy your epic mount? Fly around and do "exciting" things like farming ores and herbs? Fly 2 feet up in the air in Shatt so you can stroke off to your e-peen, only you're about a year too late to the party?

It's not like you are actually using your epic mount to fly to anywhere "exciting". What with summoning stones and now warlock summons and all.

The bots in any MMO game serve to show the design flaws of the game. The gold sinks that WoW requires are what make buying gold for mounts/repairs an option for so many players. If you remove the use of gold in repairs and mounts, it will help a lot in the fight against gold farmers.
