+13 Internets | I find it pretty damn hard to get into a 25 man progression guild that has been formed for longer than a week that doesnt completely reek of garbage and failure as a protection war.. any guild thats in SSC/TK already has their set MTs and OT's it kinda sucks. Once i get 19 more badges i'll have my badge chestpiece and 4k rep from SSO exalted for the neck.. then i'll have NFC what to do for upgrades other than continue badge running until i grab the other ..3 badge pieces.. belt ring and gloves? which would take maybe 2 weeks max heh. The World of Warcraft Armory I figure im geared well enough and can play pretty damn well, yet any guild that i look into has absolutely no need for warriors.. and the guilds that do, are like i mentioned before.. rehash's of the guild that failed the week before. Hyjal blows, jesus christ :\ |

I really didn't find it to be that hard. The average player is just... stupid. My group was making mistakes left and right and we had no issues. One of our attempts we sort of forgot about 3 pathers so we got to deal with them mid attempt... great fun. Biggest fear is really the massive amount of damage taken from the stacking dot the large elemental places. I've only done the encounter 3 times now but I've never noticed it cap out. Anyone seen the dot cap?

And every time I join the next T4/badge/ZA equipped, newly-formed guild trying to do 25 mans it fizzles within 2 weeks. This expansion can't come fast enough for me ![]() | |

+61 Internets | Honestly, your best bet is to either post in the guild recruitment forum on the WoW boards or just man up and join a decent guild on your server and deal with being second string for now. Gets your foot in the door for when people quit in WoTLK. |

| Registered User | Not to derail further... but after searching around on the wow forums and google all morning, I might as well ask here while we're on the topic. Anyone heard of a PVE horde guild that raids mornings (pref T4ish)? Searches aren't turning almost anything up ![]() |

| I could use some advice from you guys regarding equipment. I'm sorta stuck between negligible blue upgrades from normal instances and not having the equipment to do Heroics for the good shit. As you can see, I'm a mix between green Elemental pieces and blue Resto pieces, especially the ones from Magister's. I'm currently working on both Scryer and SSO rep, so before too long I'll have a good shield, a good neck, possibly a good ring, and a nice shoulder enchant. In the trinket department, I've also already lost one roll on Shiffar's Nexus thingy, and I figured to get Quag's eye as soon as heroic groups will take me. I also have 39k honor saved and so I'm trying to figure out which piece/s to buy/save for and which pieces I can get from instances. I figured that getting the S2 weapon would be the best choice, since it not only has 227 damage but I'd be able to plop the spell damage enchant on it and not feel like a retard, as if I had put the spell damage on the healing mace I have now. Other than that, I didn't know if it'd be better to go for small pieces like the rings, or big pieces like chest or shoulder. Any advice would be appreciated! |
