| EJ is great, I've read it many times. But maxdps.com helped me realize that, at this point in stats/gear, I should start stacking the fuck out of haste (1300+ dmg, max hit, 20%+ crit affliction/ruin warlock ). |

+14 Internets | OT, yet still related: can anyone access the WoW trial keys site? https://signup.worldofwarcraft.com/trial/index.htm Tells me it's a redirect loop and no dice. I tried using a US-based proxy, too, without success. I wanted to mess around for a few days and see if I can get some gaming in with a friend. |

| At this point (T5?-6 levels of gear) shouldn't you be deeper into destruction and pretty much just spamming the fuck out of shadow bolt? Don't think any of our locks are affliction/ruin, but that's just my guild. |

| Things have gotten better on my shaman. I just ding'ed 38, and have two lvl 40 blue weapons waiting for me when I ding 40. Investing in a decent weapon, plus windfury has made lvling pretty quick and easy, and its only going to get better. Probs going to switch to resto around 65 for some TBC instances, and to try and decide which I am going to focus on come 70. May also check out AV in both the 50s and 60s and bank some honor. Anyone know how the 51-60 queues are on BDF-horde side? |

| Dunno about queue's, but I remember the 1h mace from the AV quest was a nice enhance weapon for awhile. 40 dps or something like that, and slow (always go for 2.60+ speed weaps in each hand). I just hit 2k healing on my resto shaman (yay badge gear), and I must say it's my favorite healing class to play. Chain heal is, simply, amazing. Last edited by Brikker : 05-21-2008 at 01:40 PM. |

+9 Internets | quick question for any warrior tanks.. I'm trying to see how to gain more hps without sacrificing any kind of avoidance.. which i have another question afterwards about that all on itself.. anyway.. Like i said i'm trying to get my warrior more hps so i can feel a little better about tanking heroics and karazhan+ eventually I currently OT kara easily with my gear but what would be some quick good upgrades? Im saving badges for either the BT badge legs or chest atm.. but other than that im not sure what else i should grab in the meantime.. The World of Warcraft Armory Before anybody mentions my shitty range item.. I just finished 375 engineering this morning so i'll make my gun hopefully later today if not tomorrow so i'll have a little HP boost there. T_T I also swapped out my figurine of the colossus for my goblin rocket launcher but.. i lost about 4.5% chance to block because of it.. not sure if thats worth the trade off :\ |

| Shoulders Shoulderguards of the Bold - Item - World of Warcraft Spaulders of Dementia - Item - World of Warcraft Aran Ring Nightbane BP Maiden Necklace Enchant your boots Altogether your gear is better than mine was when I was tanking SSC and all the Heroics both before and after elixir stacking. You're fine as is. These items won't take up your badges if you're saving those for the new stuff. Eventually the badge gear is your only real destination for gear upgrades. I'd get the tanking trinket from Sunwell when you can get a group together to take on Heroic. Bring DPS gear. I'm not a large advocate of avoidance gear. 490 defense > AC/STA block value > block rating > parry/dodge from my perspective. Avoidance makes rage generation too streaky in small fights. Obviously it's necessary for 25 man, but you get 25 man gear on 25 man raids. Last edited by Agraza : 05-22-2008 at 04:34 PM. |

+14 Internets | I'm a little torn between starting a hunter and a rogue (up to 14 already, seems to go much faster)... for battlegrounds PvP, is not having a serious ranged attack a big drawback? I like the rogue (played one at launch), but never tried a hunter. |
