| Melees solo INSANELY well, specially dual wielders. Get 7 pieces of "Qualian Armor" , each piece has a 15% chance per hit to proc a 9hp heal. Get 7 pieces of "Of Health" armor, each piece adds +10hp to every heal received. 9 times, 15 chance to proc 79hp heal per hit. Dont expect to kill 3D 4D 5D , but you'll just rape 2D for insanely quick XP. My bard got to 50 in a few days. |

Do you have 9 15% chances to proc a 9hp heal? or do you have a 63% chance to proc a 9hp heal? And from what you said I take it the +heal thing adds up for make it 79, thats pretty cool. How expensive is it to piece this together and what level would one have to be to wear it? | |

| You get 7 items that have a 15% chance to proc a 9hp heal per hit (normal or special or spell or arrow). Every time your mainhand hit its Item1 /random 1-100 if under 15 then 9hp Item2 /random 1-100 if under 15 then 9hp Item3 /random 1-100 if under 15 then 9hp Item4 /random 1-100 if under 15 then 9hp Item5 /random 1-100 if under 15 then 9hp Item6 /random 1-100 if under 15 then 9hp Item7 /random 1-100 if under 15 then 9hp The same thing happens with the offhand, and for every spell you cant, and every special (endurance based) attack. "Of Health" armor adds 10hp to each heal that lands on you. 1000hp heal -> 1010 2000hp heal -> 2010 If you have 7 "Of health" its +10 +10 +10 +10 +10 +10 +10 So its 7 times 15% chance to proc 79hp heal per "offensive action" |

| He's right, I rerolled back around Christmas and made myself a few of those pieces, and the procs occurred really often. I didn't have a full set, nor the + healing, but it was still often and noticeable. This was just on a shaman too, so dual wielding would really rock. I don't think it was a direct addition, but they certainly added somehow, multiplicatively, I guess; I was proccing a lot more than 15%. ^ there you go. |

+5 Internets | Bards are usually underestimated in leveling speed imo. They have very decent dps with their own buffs(you're looking at like +20%dmg with a melee song), but they speed up leveling by a lot compared to most other classes if you quest, because they have the speed/invis songs(cuts travelling time by a lot, not as much an issue since there's rifts everywhere now, but still very good). Running around at 200%speed at level 10, and around 350% at level 20 makes a huge difference when questing. You also get regen songs which actually work(they fixed them a bit before I quit and they still look like they work). You just slap a few gear switch when you change songs to regen, or make a half combat half regen song if you don't like sitting there doing nothing. The class itself is really great imo, making your own songs is awesome, and you get a lot of powerful stuff. From what I get they actually fixed the damage songs since I last played too, and you can pretty much solo any monster in the game as long as you have arrows and time by kiting them. Oh and Fox overtake the Hare animation was fucking great. I believe they switched it with the animation on Striking the Mountain though, which somewhat makes it less cool. As for getting crafted gear, I guess it's more an issue at low level where you don't really have the money to buy stuff. At least I don't, I already had to spend like all my money getting 6slots bags at level 10. At 20 I doubt I'll have so much I can actually buy a full set of crafted thestran armor of health(which is probably expensive enough since it's good). |

| I'll stick with my warrior for now I guess. Maybe I'll make a bard alt. Any idea what level I should start grouping on the thestran continent? I can move to another if one is earlier.. level 10 now and just looking forward to grouping. |

+5 Internets | Stay on thestra it seems the most populated all the time anyway, probably has to do with it not being a fucking giant desert(qalia) and also having very well fleshed out zones and quests(contrary to kojan). There's a few dungeons at around 15 then around 20, even though I can't really remember clearly. I remember doing some cave with spiders then goblins or undeads or some shit, in the mountains near the dwarves starting area, and also some nest full of ants in 3river or somewhere close to that. There's also an area I haven't done full of fairies and shit like that in kaon's rush. The game is so huge really there's tons of underused content. Just stay on thestra and check the general chat for group stuff. |

+5 Internets | No idea honestly I only solo on most mmos. I guess you'd need to find a guild to find someone to group with for normal leveling, and find a decent spot which might or might not be hard. For duo grinding you want like a lot of 3dots, which isn't as common as 2dots. Dungeon leveling seems to be rather common though, but not at lower levels, I remember at around 25 you get CiS in qalia and some castle stuff on thestra, lots of group quests and bosses and stuff, pretty fun too. |
