I occasionally hop on Seradon when I get frustrated like last night, both my Sorcerer and Ranger are at level 47, just finished running around tricksters on each. Not sure if you remember Chaotic but we were in Talisman together for a while, I often wonder what happened to all those guys, we had quite a group there for a while.

Zal keeps hinting at wanting to play again, we might have to reactivate for a month and run around with that pair, they certainly were a blast compared to our first boring toons, cleric/warrior. I didn't care about grinding or trying to raid, it was fun to just see what difficult mobs we could take down together.

| I played a Ranger on Seradon for the trial period. Got to like lvl 36 or so, and gotta say the Hunter's League quests where amazingly fun. Soloing with a ranger was exceptionally easy, foraging for arrows was amazing as well, an excellent idea. Even with all that said, I don't think I would ever play again till the rangers get some kind of an Auto Shot like Auto Mellee. Having to click "Shoot Bow" over and over and over is what I imagine drove so many EQ Rangers off the deep end, I mean thats just an obvious design flaw, what the christ? Are there still people playing VG on Seradon actively? From the tone of this thread it seems not-so-much... |

| haven't checked up on VG in quite some time. are there any new raid areas in the game or high level dungeons? or is it still just the warehouse? not sure if i will ever return to VG or not, but there also isn't much else out there right now in the way of MMO's. guess i'll just have to stick with GTA4... |

| Game is improving. Needs more patches. Needs more time. Needs a relaunch. Needs more players. I'd say it has probably turned about 110 degrees so far, but the issue is that when they get down to the last 10 degrees it will be entirely based on whether or not a solid playerbase returns. |

If nothing else I suggest people try the game I tried it back in the day twice and couldn't get into it. This time however I am loving it, yes its a PVE game but its relaxing and the graphics are uber. PuGs are bad but no where near as bad as WoW. Also if < Too Much Brown > fails I am going to start up another guild if theres enough people leveling in a month or so. That being said < Fabled > is a good guild to be in while leveling and usually provides decent groups.

+9 Internets | ^^ Agree with above, I still play nightly. AoC may kill that but for right now I am a crafting fool.

| May not be the best place for this, but anyone that is 36-42 on Seradon (for those who have been asking) I have some friends going to do Vi'rak tonight around 830cst. Thats one of my favorite dungeons as its gorgeous and might be fun for some folks who were thinking of resubbing to go and just have fun. Got room for 3 folks, one will have to be a healer. Look me up, name is Kajaa. Gonna try and get to the main baddies in the throne room but also just gonna crawl for awhile and see what all we can find. As far as folks looking to come back if you have a char already and don't want to reroll on Xeth I have been having a ton of fun with the game and will do what I can to help folks get back into it if they want to ![]() |

| I recently discovered a pretty awesome way to get decent heroic weapons at the lower 30s. I just got a 45dps 1h mace on my paladin that procs a 960hp self-heal. Useable at level 32. Pretty sweet. The mob that drops them is totally farmable too. Too bad no one's left playing or I'd help out.

Doesn't look like they're opening the purse strings anytime soon, though, which is starting to irritate the community (especially raiders; 4/4 mobs they introduced in GU4 are exploitable, 3 so badly that they had to be completely removed from the game until further notice).

+1 Internets | Is it that quest where you gather the parts of a relic and use it to summon a demon? If so, I remember farming that on my bard when the game came out, and I had some ridiculous weapons considering how brand new the game was and nobody had much above yellows. The dagger that dropped procced for some heavy damage if I remember. |
