That does make more sense but I thought only horses could be bought, I remember a dev mentioning that Mammoth and Rhinos would be exclusively for preorders.

Nah, the preorder mounts are going to be unique in appearance, that's it. You'll be able to buy Rhinos and Mammoths in game, however they will look different.

Yeah which was my thoughts about the siege mount exclusive thing. I guess I read it wrong must of been exclusive look I guess.

So I actually got this game to become fully updated this morning and I'm gonna attempt to play tonight.

Soooo.... what kind of ridiculous load times should I be expecting when I'm gonna try to log into the game?

Was searching to confirm about mounts and stumbled across a blog. Nothing about mounts in it but it has some leakage.. mostly negative

Age of Conan: AoC Beta Questions: Zones, Traveling and Mounts

This actually seems to imply it is pre-order only but states they aren't nearly as beneficial as horses, being slow and only having animal attacks instead of player attacks: Age of Conan Hands-on for PC - VideoGamer.com

Avg zoning time for me is about 5 seconds. 10 seconds or more if it's the first time I'm zoning into the zone and requires a small download while zoning.

If you are a tech tester you aren't going to get any loading times.. you can't even log in.
