Most classes can level, solo just fine. In my guild we have a guardian, PoM, barb, and an assassin all leveling at the same pace.

Depends on your playstyle, I suppose.

I am able to take on 4-6 even levels without an issue right now at level 22 and with sword & board I feel like I am doing some pretty substantial dps with that spec.

Started with Recovery, then Toughness, then Weapon Master.

I was originally going to go with Counterstrike Stance and Anticipation in the General tab, but heard it was bugged.

bandaging increases how much you get from resting. i would prolly recommend like 200 points in bandaging and 100 in whatever that other one is called that has the chance to double the amount you get from bandaging... imo you dont need more than that, ditto for the sta regen skills.
