All items are droppable, which means you can stick a full set of yttium gear from Seru on your level 1 if you wanted to. XP pots are no drop on a regular server so you can get as many as you want for leveling so it doesn't take forever. It just makes EQ more fun and less of a shitty grind that it used to be.

Did they up the Miss rate or some shit? I have a headache from playing because it took me like 3-4 hours just to hit level 3. Playing as a cleric blows, lol.

Try asking for a temperance and a low level damage shield in Plane of Knowledge.

Pick a newbie zone to charge, level up to 5 in a few minutes.

God new players suck.

Not really about the money at this point. I feel like I have given enough to EQ between 5 years of subs+expansions.

Yes. Things tend to change drastically when you haven't played since late Velious/Pre-Luclin.
