Lego MMORPG?

Saw this over at Penny Arcade! - A Glimpse Into The Future , a Lego MMORPG in the works:

LEGO Universe: 'LEGO Star Wars Multiplied By A Million' | Game | Life from Wired.com

It's going to be covering all aspects of the history of the toy and will play like a massive version of the star wars lego game.

If running into a little kids room and kicking the shit out of the lego tower he spent 2 hours on is considered "pvp" in the game I'm there.

lego mmo is old news, that guys that made auto assault or whatever that piece of failure was named are making it. netdevil? dunno, some guy who is posting here is even working on it

Oh that is money right there. I grew up on LEGOs. It was an every day toy for me growing up. I think my head would explode if I was still 10 years old.

I wonder if it'll be 75$ bucks for a set with only 30 pieces in it like most of the castle sets became later on. Was goddamn ridiculous.

From the sounds of it, this would be an MMO I wouldn't mind fucking around in but I doubt I'd ever actually pay for it.

I remember my parents would buy me a 100$ set once a year for my birthday or Christmas.

Oooooh yes. When I was a kid, I was like playing daily with it. I guess I own my creative side completely to lego. Main reason the game is on my "take a look"-list.

oh god, the space monorail. it was fucking owensome. i loved LEGO. together with Pongo and Transformers it were my prefered toy

Lego Star Wars is hecka fun. On the console versions anyways; they really messed up the controls on the PC version.

I loved it on the PC, both of them. Incredibly awesome games. The controls in the flying part kinda blew but for the most part it was fine.

I hope Lego Batman and Lego Indiana make it to PC also.
