Shadow Priests don't even use mana pots anymore except on Illidari Council and Illidan. After Sunwell, it's fairly unlikely that Shadow Priests will even need to carry mana pots anymore.

Yeah, I've got a 950ish damage shadow priest. I know what they're capable of and what their potential is. I spend long periods of time reading EJ. I know all of this.

Here's what you don't know -- original quote "A shadow priest," not "A Shadow priest on Illidan and Illidari council," not "A shadow priest in the top raid guild on the server," "A shadow priest,"

You don't know where this scrub is in the realm of progression. A fresh 70 priest with shit for gear and 600 damage with his 3 pieces of FSW isn't at the same gear level where using mind blast every cooldown is even feasible.

I said before, I see what you're saying. I said before I don't really care what you use it on, because my priest uses it on the 3rd option, which is a 1145 mana 3 min cooldown DOT. And what no one here is saying is "Oh, yeah, I guess for people who aren't at the bleeding fucking edge, that might be an option."

Was digging through the various threads and found a few but is there a thread with a list of the best add ons for WoW?

There are a ton of add-ons, just depends on what you are trying to do and what class you play. Be a bit more descriptive and it will be a bit easier to give you more than just a generic list.

I play priest mainly but leveling a hunter on a PVP server right now also.

Ok, what are you looking to do? Just make it prettier or are you trying to find ways to display info that is easier for you to digest?

As far as priests go, if you are shadow then DoTimer is a must. If holy then mendwatch I've heard is good for monitoring your ProM's.

I've never played a hunter nor asked my guild mates that play ones what mods they use to help in playing one. I would guess whatever generic mods most people use for aesthetic reasons plus some macro's for shot cycles in PVE.

For the hunter: Aspected Again is a must imo as is NECB.
For the rest, download the wowace updater and check through their list, you'll find tons of useful mods.
