+1 Internets | I'm glad the raiders got their bone. That should keep a small percentage of the extremely small game population happy. Better enjoy the hell out of it though, with the current resources the game is getting the next raid content should be out some time in 2012. |

+38 Internets | So what's the lore behind this place? I'm sorry, but if the first major raid zone in a game is called "Ancient Port Warehouse", I'm not going to get too excited about it. Does it actually have a good storyline? /boggle at that decision when it could've been something really cool, or at least, yknow, have a name. |

| I originally tried to get a large, actual city of feral gnomes down there...ie, the monsters in the movie "The Descent" but in a dilapidated city with hints of Mekalian architecture. Alas, not enough time or resources. I personally would have enjoyed killing pasty gnomes *shrugs* |

| Heh, it was originally intended for single groups, not raids (someone said otherwise but they were mistaken). It was changed to a raid zone after the SoE acquisition when folks realized that the proposed/outlined raid areas probably wouldn't get done. There's a bunch of ducts that are closed off to y'all, I believe, to prevent leap-frogging content due to them connecting many of the areas. They would have been fine if just a bunch of groups were running around in there but couldn't happen for raids. I just wish that areas of it were more distinct so folks didn't feel as though it was such a maze. Rooms on fire or frozen due to boilers being overactive or broken, rooms with oil leaking everywhere, etc etc... Again, not enough time. Oh wells, it turned out decent...we were just jazzed when art agreed on the zeppelin and submarine aspects of it Too bad the gondolas never worked out due to movers being asstactic in the engine (ie, elevators). |

![]() I'm debating if I want to level my Cleric to 50 and check out APW on him since Rangers recently got some changes I am not digging so much. There were some good changes, but the "bad" out weighs it.

Tonight we beat Arthriss or someshit. Some enchanter boss. Took us about 6 hours before we beat her. lol Anyways, after her, the trash mobs were really really hard. I mean, insane hard, you had to do every trash mob perfect or your raid is toasted. For me, i am not used of that shit. in EQ the adds are ZZZZzzz. I remember they were a bit hard in Demiplane, but not this hard. Just click on the www.vgbow.org and you can see some of the raid bosses we killed so far.

| APW's been a blast on Sartok the last couple days. We have only downed the pre-hub bosses (excluding siliusaurus, although he's a bit of a detour mob!). I can't wait to see some of the bosses you guys are at kciv. We didn't test this dungeon at all and every boss we killed was done in less than three tries, so I'm looking forward to some of the more challenging content. Cylus: The route you were going to take it sounds very Gnomereganesque, so I would definitely have approved as that was the only WoW instance I liked. But personally I love it. I love the feel, I love the besieged gnomes at gnome city, the artwork, lore, I think it's all great. Plenty of stuff for us to sink our teeth into over the coming months.. Just as an aside, I'm a fencer for nigh on 5 years and in saber fencing I was taught to bend forward at the waist.
