+3 Internets | Venril being so damn tough makes me smile. Vp being easymode is an amazingly huge letdown. Also people entering the zone so damn early. I'd kill for some insanely hard zones/quests that give insane items. Whatever happened to this concept? |

+3 Internets | Gallentite played/raided with us on the EQ1 test server during the PoP era, and he's nothing short of awesome. I started EQ2 a couple months ago and it's been tons of fun which is his doing if I understand correctly. Anyways, good luck dude wherever you end up. |

| Although I don't play EQ2, I have always respected and admired your efforts with making the game more attractive and fun for a larger population. It will be interesting to see where you land and what project you next undertake. It will definitely be a game (if it is a game) that I will be interested in from the beginning. |

| Registered User | Wasn't Arrr bitching about how boring and easy raids were prior to RoK? And now that there's something he's not shit-stomping, he's complaining about how hard and random it is? Maybe you should just, you know, suck it up since all the guilds that are ahead of you have. |

| You can't fool me! This is all a big diversion while you work on EQ3 from the ground up! haha Just as I said on the EQ2 / SoE forums, best of luck Scott you really did some great things. The last 3 expansions have been great and I find very little fault in any of them. (I have to be pretty picky) I knew EQ2 was a great game when I noticed, much like EQ1, no matter how frustrated I became or what game I would "leave" to, I always came back to EQ2. I hope PvP continues to get attention and future projects are just as successful. Thanks Scott and I look forward to the next project you are involved. Take care, Muli |

| I like the amount of solo content in RoK... I hate the amount of group content and raid content in RoK. Is it realy that much more difficult to design heroic and epic encounters that they didn't put much of it in? Was it a problem of being understaffed or what? Solo content = fine where it is now. The next expansion should just be adding like 20 grp zones and 20 raid zones within the next 6 months. With proper itemization. Now that fyreflyte has experiance, he can go off that and not repeat the same mistakes. And if you think thats unreasonable, hire more people gosh darn it! Its not like you can't afford it with all those Legends of Norath crap... Oh darn kinda the wrong thread, but good luck Scott! Thanks for turning eq2 around. |
