+7 Internets | LotR Book 11 Release notes Its a pretty big patch today, and some very cool things going in. Player housing. 400 new crafting recipes. New zones. 12 man raids and more. Release Notes Book 11 - LOTRO Lorebook I've started playing again, it looks like there will plenty to do once I get to 50. |

| I see they're still adding the lvl 40-50 skills, have they released the burglar set already? I'd be tempted to resub if that was in. The housing neighborhoods and different styles sounds pretty cool. I quit at lvl 44 because there didn't seem to be too much on the horizon, the instances I had done were all pretty fun though, with a good group. |

+38 Internets | Is the combat system still shit? I played the free trial of this, and while I enjoy the world and the way they try to capture the lore, combat is too big a part of the game for me to ignore how it's implemented. |

+1 Internets | New zone: Rangers yet again need your help to fight wargs/spiders/orcs/bandits. Crows too, probably. The game would be much better to level in if the epic questlines were solo until 50 instead of a giant mix of solo/group/duo quests that change arbitrarily and the Rangers offered group content. As it is, soloing means you rush through half assed quests from the same ranger/guard captain/farmer for 30 levels because after 20 they stop putting real effort into quest hubs.

+1 Internets | How is the Loremaster class? I seem to recall people bitching that it was underpowered later in the game. Isn't that the primary CC class in LoTRO?

Loremasters were redone in this update. The combat sure does take getting used to. I hated it when I first started playing. I guess I am used to it now so it does not feel so cumbersome. I would not blame anybody for not liking the time between starting an attack and then waiting for it to execute, but once ya get used to it, it is less button mashing because you're not spamming attacks. | I'm assuming you're talking about the .ini files here. Honestly, I like the fact they're not stored client side. That means if I have to reinstall the game or play it from someone else's computer, I don't have to set up my UI again. |

+3 Internets | The land rush was too fast for me. All that is left now is rat holes and mansions. My damn patcher was stuck so I thought the servers were still down. Now I shall spend my day hitting refresh hoping they add more instances. Kharza-kzad |
