| Digital delivery systems ala Steam are becoming the norm. I think it's a refreshing change. There's no need to have such a large number of discs and all the extra cardboard boxes and paper manuals. I mean hell, most everyone's money is digital already anyways why not make the products the same? |

If Steam could DO what it was envisioned to, which was free small development companies from the shackles of publishing/distributing, it'd be great for us gamers. And on some extent, they are giving us some great titles at affordable prices and getting some small time developers the cash they deserve. Right now it's just a little bit half-assed. In any case i'm getting tired of all of these proprietary community programs and I hope someone makes a Trillion for this shit so I stop getting multiple msg popups whenever i'm trying to game. | |
