| JVC, the guy behind might & magic was at ncsoft for a time. I don't know much about what they were doing beyond it being highly tools focused. He wanted to build the best possible tools first, and worry about the game second. A good strat imho, especially when you consider the demands of supporting a live game. Some of his team was borrowed from TR, some were guys from Realm who were doing a game for nc, but then the game was cancelled and most were brought to austin to work on JVC's project and TR.
