And I say "a lot like" its not diablo though. The biggest annoyance is that skill points just don't seem to matter. I am NOT excited to get a new level.

I can't really comment to much, and I'm only like level 6, but I'm incredibly bored with it. Hello Mr. Tunnel filled with zombies, I think we've met before.

Seems to be playing better than beta, but having said that, server is down. At least Shulgoth is

We don’t want our technical snafu to stop you from enjoying the game and seeing what we’ve worked so hard to get done.

In addition to the ongoing content we have lined up for November (remember, remember!), we’ll be giving something extra special to those people who have already become a subscription member. I can’t be more specific because, well, we haven’t made it yet! We’ll have more details on this as soon as we get them.

Thank you all for your support of the game, and we’re burning the midnight oil to get things smoothed out.

Been playing most of the day without any problems at all, but my whole group I'm playing with just got DC'd and can't reconnect. Boo.

i just got dc to they are doing some kind of small patch. Anyone notice mobs are harder? Either that are they defintely nerfed my summoner build...

Are guardians still invul?

Mobs are harder and they nerfed xp a bit I think. But yeah, they are patching something in and the webpage is getting slammed hard. I bet they are also 'fixing' the subscriber servers as well.

Currently a lv 7 Guardian on Shulgoth named Vagrant.

I didn't get a chance to play the beta much, but the retail version seems to be harder (maybe because I am playing with a group of 3 instead of 1). I can't quite snooze through everything and if I wander off by myself I can get owned. The Evoker and Marksman in my party explode if they get too close to things. While it's nowhere near traditional MMO roles, partying is bit less random than D2. I'm definitely trying to tank things and I might actually invest in the taunt skills (and knowing that I don't understand what all the skill do yet and will prob ruin this character annoys me. Shield turn / HP-armor aura build? Does charge have a min range or can I do it in place while anchored? There should be a respec process).

I haven't had serious stability issues, but I did get some error and crash right as that demon boss in the first hell area died (missed drops but luckily playing with friends). On the other hand, one of my friends is often being randomly thrown back to the zoneline and the other has had a couple problems as well. Not really gamebreaking, but pretty annoying.

EDIT: Also PvP seems pretty pointless. In a duel, if I can get range (which is easy enough now should be trivial with charge), I can keep the opposing player perma-stunned with my no-CD shield bash.

Ya my summoner was pretty much ownage in beta.. If I died I was looking at my screen blanky unsure of what to do next as I had never seen that screen before...

Now I died several times during the mellinium battle... A first for me..

The PvP seems to be the biggest afterthought of PvP I've ever seen in a game before. The fact that there's no PvP in the stations completely defeats the purpose of there being PvP to begin with. Oh boy, I can kill the people in my group that are PvP flagged!

PvP in TR is worse, but thats not important here for this discussion. The site seems to be down, does anyone know what thats about?

Not really, at least there are open areas there where clan PvP can occur. The site is down right now (as you'll see on the website) because they're performing maintenance which people expect will fix the subscription issues. The servers are also down, probably for this and the patch they were working on.
