I grouped with someone today who has seen 3 packs drop in the last 4 days.

Be careful buying booster packs thru the station store. I used my American Express and SoE wound up charging my account $1 - over 40 times in a short period.

My American Express card wound up getting suspended and ultimately cancelled if I want to wait for another card because of security issues.

I spoke to America Express and they said they've had such a pain in the butt dealing with SoE and such a high instance of cases labeled as fraud they are suspending taking charges from SoE starting today over this.

I love this game already and only been back to EQ2 less then a week. I dont enjoy the game itself at all I just love how much money it can make you heh. I was just smacking shit around on the beach in DoF and got a booster pack in 4-5 minutes of killing.

It is real nice coming back to EQ2 and getting a 10pp boost within your first few days! I was able to get my Brigand a full Xegonite set.

I played magic the gathering for years LOVED it.
I know there is a CARD game on the PS3 coming out that uses that magic eye reader to let you play cards(magic the gathering style) on a special board. they will sell boosters and expansions.. Sounds like it could be kool
they are partnering with Wizards of the coast.

This is actually pretty fun. What's the droprate of cards and stuff in the game? I'm not sure how it works obviously, but I've only spent a couple of hours in EQ2 the past couple of weeks and haven't seen anything. Then again I've also been on a newbie char so I assume high level stuff drops it more often, I just don't have the time.

The tutorials were a bit lengthy, and at first it's very overwhelming. I can't imagine someone w/o the patience of an MMO gamer to get into it. I learned magic when I was around 12 years old and I don't remember it being this complex. Also, are these "loot cards" you're talking about mean cards that drop in-game and you can use in the CCG? Or are they cards you get from packs that you buy on-line that give you loot in-game? I'm confused. And where are people selling and trading these booster packs? All I see is a lobby and such. Also it keeps telling me I haven't saved when I'm poking around the cards and collections pages, but I see no place to save anything =/ So confusing

After beating scenario 14 and 15 with only a mage starter and the cards awarded from previous scenarios I have to say that those two are not fun at all.

Victory is however possible with no additional purchases.

I had a starter set pack drop for me in burning woods.

Got a potion pack from one of the boosters, then i looked on bazaar and saw how much the starter sets sell for.

been playing eq2 for about 2 months now with my brother on vox.. I'll be level 49 tonight and I haven't seen a SINGLE LoN booster pack drop while playing. ever.
