Can someone clarify WTF "Preview Weekend" is and how its different from the Open Beta and Head Start?

I think they're doing a preview weekend(stress test) next weekend and starting the open beta the following week. First 50k today get into the preview. The rest get to wait til open beta.

chars from open beta/preview are wiped before game goes live. head start chars roll over into live.

remember this game also launches on a thursday I think, and most stores only restock shelves on tuesdays, so check with your retailer whether or not they will have the games on tue or thu for you, if you pre-ordered.

I know this game will be good after talking to friends playing it and playing it a bit at their houses so I'm not worried at all but Im finding it bizarre the NDA is still up and may go through the weekend. From a business perspective this makes very very little sense at this late stage and I'm sure people who don't know much about this game are weary because of it.

yeah, I would enter all of your codes. I entered the OB first, then the head-start and it registered where I pre-ordered from etc. Was noted as an upgrade so I would think thats what we should be doing.
