[EQ1] Hall Of Fame

I didn't see this posted, thought it was kind of neat. It's a Hall of Fame for Everquest. Lots of familiar names.

That's pretty neat.

I recognize almost all of the people that received xegony titles, and it's definitely cool seeing their names again. Fuck, I know most of them from Sebilis actually. I imagine this is the least shifty way Sony has ever gone about trying to get people to resub to Everquest. 'Hey, remember all these cool gm events? WE DO.'

i'm partial to the assault on afterlife at the warrior best of the best on mith marr.

i got put in the qeynos prison zone for that by the head gm on our server, smart ass i was i gated out and told him that no cage could hold me.

I think it would be cool if they put guild affiliation on the site. Most people won't remember specific names but it would be cool to see how certain guilds did when it comes to HOF status. Plus, lets face it, a lot of the fame is owed to the guild that powered the specific person in the first place...

It would be nice, but I don't think it's really "in their records". I think this is kind of a memory based Hall Of Fame. That being said, I can give you the guild name for probably almost anyone on that list (atleast as far as BOTB goes).

I don't think my server ever got a BotB for Rangers done. It was on patch day and our server crashed and dumped everyone gathered around to do it in the arena like 10 times in 30 minutes. I think we gave up after that

I like how they changed Elegua's to "The Punisher." I remember when he won the duel tournament and his name was Elegua the Rebel Slayer because he beat a Township Rebellion player (someone will remember) in the duel. They had to change his title because TR complained I believe. That's probably all based on rumor and little fact, but whatever. =)
