| Yea I agree. I'm kind of floundering at the moment since I am 25 and just wanna get through that as the later quest lines and dungeons are a lot more fun. I enjoyed Runnyeye, CT and I sort of liked the DoF dungeons (mostly I liked how small/fast they were). I did the Prismatic quest and that was not too bad, was working on the Claymore when I quit and had a good part of the Peacock quests done. Of course at this point I have no intention of doing the Prismatic quest again, but I'll probably do the language portion of it as I think thats needed for some quests. I can't remember, at 70 normal exp just goes to AA right? Because I will probably just grind it out until I get to the more interesting levels, and I probably won't do every quest I can which means my AA will suffer likely. |

| Ya 70 exp converts and there are so effing many quests. Just loading into Zek docks had my map going crazy with quest givers so AA is not a problem ever if you need to get it. People really put too much emphasis on AA. Depending on your class you don't need much. I just filled up my AGI line on my ranger cause the run speed in combat and ranged crit were nice since I solo tons and kite, kite, kite. Now I mostly do writs and crap. I'm already matching some of the higher members w/ guild status and I've not even broke 40 =O |

Plus having a guild full of like minded players that enjoy the game helps get through those dull patches that all games/classes go through

Can't say anything for raids, since there doesn't appear to be anything but a very small amount of them on AB. I've seen raid mobs sit there for hours and hours because no one wants to kill it (I think most just despawn after awhile in boredom), even in areas that are easy to get to and have a lot of people in the zone (Terrorantula in SS and things like that). I guess no one wants to raid until they get mid 60+?

| Maybe every game is not for every player. I have had a blast playing this game since I picked it up in May. From lvl 1 to 49....so far. It might be which class you take as well. I know I started as a Fury but stopped playing him at 26, even after my big master 2 nuke. It just wasnt the class I wanted to play even though I knew I had the most fun grouping and playing a healer. I went back and chose a defiler and have not stopped playing him since. Games should be fun from your first lvl to your last. EQ2 has been for me so far. Maybe for some people, its just not the game for them. |

+8 Internets | I said it becomes MORE interesting. Learn to read. It's not that long quests d not exist before 50, it's that the big plots are revealed at the level cap of each expansion. I didn't judge wow before getting at least mid level, nor I suggest to do it in EQ2. Anyway you're free to not play if spending a few hours to get to 30 is too much.

+2 Internets | Just a small tip, I notice people are talking about questing for AA. To be honest you can level much faster without doing quests, except for a couple HQs that may help you. To get AA just kill every single named mob you see, even if its a ^ it will still give AA. I did this before on an old toon and had 91AA when I hit 70, in about 1 month. When you get into your 30s make sure you go around Steamfont and kill all the solo named too.

| Hah, the Sk up till 17 feels like the way SKs did after they were "fixed" during PoP, it's silly easy-mode. I'm hoping that it's somewhat the same with the raid setup in EQ, where there's 3 billion shit-knights and only a few decent ones, hence the "not needed" mentality about them. I could be wrong though.
