Awesome, I love reading the forums, but his degrading comments to everyone usually left a bitter feeling after viewing anything he posted.

I'm glad they are doing some house cleaning on their CM's, it was one of the reasons I left the game.

Community - Community Manager - Developer. In order to relay the communities suggestions/advice most went through CM's to get their voice escalated. When someone such as Tseric does nothing but degrade the community and prevent anything from moving back and forth - you get resentment.

Even though the Blizzard WoW forums are extremely childish, this CM just made it worse.

Agreed. Glad to see him go...one of the more condescending and annoying Blizzard reps, from what I remember. Then again, I could say that for pretty much the entire Blizz PR team, which leads me to believe it's company policy (keeping the plebes occupied, not being snarky). Success breeds contempt for one's customers, apparently.

That's rather how we felt after the Great Rogue Revolts. For months afterward, even MENTIONING Silent Fang would earn you a vacation from the boards. Lying cunts, the lot of them.
