@ one time the rumor was that they (Sigil) were working on a MMO for Marvel, there were so many rumors about whom Marvel was working with until the eventual announcement of Cyrptic doing it, that it's hard to say for sure.

Sigil was supposedly going to get the Marvel IP while they were MS's bitch, but that's gone to Cryptic (of COH fame) now. SOE has acquired the DC license by taking the matrixlol off of WB's hands so it's possible that Sigil will get the DC MMO.

Which means there's no chance of a decent superhero MMO being made ever.

To be fair, CoH/V was a fuckload of fun...it just had no content. So if they learned from previous mistakes (hey, EQ2 has turned around completely from what people say, so people CAN learn...) then maybe...

It's also possible SoE will keep the DC license for itself and not give it to Sigil. God willing...
