| [SWG] It's a Trap! ...to get you to resubscribe! Anyone else get this this email? First one I've seen like this from any of the old games I've tried and discarded over the years. Granted most games don't have a lot of player built objects in the world. Sign of server consolidations to come? Sorry about the image, was no text to cut and past really!

| Are people reading this and thinking that items will be deleted? I'm reading this and thinking that any item that has been placed inside a house will be picked up and placed in the owner's inventory. Thus nothing will be deleted at all. Then again, I remember SWG back when it was made so you had to pay upkeep on your house/etc. otherwise you'd lose them after a few months to decay. I suppose this system was removed and because of it the world has become overpopulated by trash that nobody uses and it probably needs to be cleaned up.

| What's up with that fucking picture? It looks like a Star Wars movie poster, but with some johnny rotten version of luke, Natalie Portman as princess leia, and Hans solo replaced with some weird alien. |

+1 Internets | Not disputing the health of starwars, but it is a kind of good move i'd think. the SWG must be chock full of remnants of old players, and with the turn over rate SWG has had, it must be kind of depressing seeing big empty cities. |

| I got the e-mail too, they're just trying to clean up the world. I'm sure there will be merges inc as mentioned above...not that this should surprise anyone. Most SWG players quit way back when CU or NGE hit, and any stragglers are starting to move towards LOTRO. They should really just take this game down, it's such a sad reminder of what could have been. |
