Awesome, there's a repeatable quest somewhere that gives 2% each conversation you do with the NPC at lvl 46.

I predict many lvl 50s in around, oh say 3 hours.

If we are being misleading in our patch notes, or if the latest patch, that SHOULD have had some level of testing, is fubar I may not be able to hold back.
Definitely makes myself and others wonder if any testing was done when some of these bugs are so apparent...or maybe not even bugs. Like unreadable text for NPCs/Players, walking through rocks and falling through rocks/rock ledges into the world.Quest bugs, etc.

I hope you guys give some sort of announcement to the player base about this

either a rollback is coming or some people are getting banned i guess

the missive quest last patch was a bit too fast, but whoever is exploiting this current bug is going way beyond that

Nino, where do I send a check? Looks like you're going to need to go on a killing spree.

NPC has been perma-killed for now.

My suggestion is to roll back to before the patch, apologize, spend a week banging on this Update#1 so it's presentable, then re patch next week. Now I know marketing will hate that one so it's probably not going to happen.

Also, Sigil's QA/QC process is obviously not where it needs to be.

No joke or exaggeration. And still Scythe of Doom hasn't been put back to 100% lifetap damage, but it's damage was halfed with teh patch. at 31 it does 110ish damage, drains back 25-27hp and costs 37 end to do that. You know, when DKs have 3600+ HP.

Apparently, overall shaman dps was lowered as well as their mitigation. Talk about changing the landscape. If these changes are intended, I forsee some pretty humongous flames.

PS, who's balancing clerics? That guy needs to be slapped in the mouth for making them do even -more- damage this patch. Seriously, wtf.
He's full of shit. Clerics are doing -50% or so damage since patch. It takes about a minute to kill a two-dot your level as a Cleric by the way.

Ok was there really an update to abilitie effects?

I tried out all the abilities I have at lvl 26 for my paladin and none seem to be any different. All the judgements in particular seem the same with some not even having a spell effect. The only one out of the list of 32 supposed updated spells is smite which apparently starts of with a slightly different color and the effects lasts maybe a second longer? So was there really a spell effect push?

I can also attest to the terrain bug were you can go through rock formations now when you couldnt before.

Nino were do we donate for your get out of Jail free card? I think your gona need it.

I just hope that the bug I mentioned to you earlier is either FIXED or does not cause what I suspected it might, cause that would be devastating.

Is there any plan in place to handle the people who exploited the quest for massive XP gain?

This is in my mind the most serious bug I've seen with the game to date if not handled correctly....given how long it was allowed to exist and be used.

The patch note guys need a little lesson in adjectives and adverbs. "slightly decreased" crit chance for disciples was a 60% to 10% chance nerf. "significantly increased" our dps is something like a 10% increase on auto attack.

I'm not defending the changes one way or another but the notes sure don't make sense for the changes.

It's been that way ever since I joined in Beta 3. They should just save themselves the pain and give out straight numbers. Much easier for them, much easier for us to verify the intended changes did take place in the real world.

I second this motion.

We're all going to be a lot better off in the long run with this approach than trying to band-aid this clusterfuck of a patch all week.
