How about you make the world smaller and get rid of the horses. Then you world is more less the same "size", and you don't have to deal with chunking issues.

Making a huge world is pointless if you are just going to bypass most of it with mounts and porting.

I wish I could play VG I just can't right now. I can play WoW for an hour and feel like I accomplished something form soloing/questing...

One death in VG can mean a lot of lost time.. One death due to bugs raises my frustration with the exp penalty to a new level.

Every time I cross a chunk line it's a gamble and here are some things that I risk getting done to me when I go across one. And yes I have had every one of these happen to me.

Crash to desktop

Fall through the world

Randomly get ported 1000s of feet away, and yes even up into the air sometimes to fall to my death even with safe fall, and into areas that are so high I have 0 chance of recovering my tombstone

Get instantly attacked by mobs who are stuck on the chunk line who will not be visible from the other side of the chunk line

Get knocked off my horse

Game locks up my computer causing me to have to do a hard reboot.

I told you my experiences with chunking. Take it for what its worth. I never crashed, never died, never fell off a horse and never fell throgh the world. VG crashed on me once so far and it was in the first week.

I use an 8800gtx and I dont have issues . The game actually runs almost smooth as silk except in some areas at almost maxed settings . If ya look at the screenshots ive posted you will see areas with over 100fps. I just think this game is VERY hardware dependant and I just dont mean just the video card.

When your in a good group jamming and killing bad guys running almost full blast at 70+ fps i belive it is the most fun Ive had with a game graphics wise and anything else wise. Ive been a hardcore gamer since 1980 give or take a few years so ive seen lots of game running on lots of different systems {Atari, Commodor64, Intelivison, Vetrex, Nintendo, Apple, Xbox, Playstation, Alienware

This genre is NOT perfect . Remember the raid invite bugs with a certain other game? The cockblocks? The hour long waits just to log in? Just deal with it or go back to one of the older games.

I think Nino is doing a great job keeping us in the loop. Its nice to see a dev with a loose muzzle on
