+2 Internets | Gurgeh and TCF were completely awesome and killed Nebba Kenezzar's Titan: TCF Killboard - Kill details Big ups to them - there have definitely been a fair few Titan deaths but they're still meaningful, and seeing Nebba bite it after all the trash he talked during the RSF/LV campaign is nice.

1. Scrambling it with a focused point. Hictors have this as a special module 2. Bubbles. Dictor bubbles, anchorable bubbles, and Hictor bubbles all prevent a titan from warping. This option does not work in low-sec space 3. Prevent Align. In order to warp in eve, all ships need to 'align', or get to 75% of their maximum speed in the direction of what your trying to warp to. Large ships align much slower, and a second can ship can ram it and delay warp. With enough ships ramming, a titan can in theory be held out of warp alignment forever. | |

| Titan's kill was mostly Joshua Cane's doing. Even tho TCF suck for anything far from Curse, it's not a good idea for a second rate alliance like Requiem to bring cap / supercap into the battlefield there. Not only because it's easy for TCF to get 40 - 80 caps in the area, but if you can read a map, you'll notice it's right in the center of RA / GS / UNL / TCF territory. I don't know what kind of cap fleet RSF can get these days and I don't think anyone really want to know either. |

| Figured I'd throw this in before Kazgrim .Huge brawl in Syndicate yesterday as the POS nap appears to, at least for now, dissolve between lower Syndicate Huzzah and OSS entities. Huzzah struck first at a POS in the TA constellation held by the OSS forces, so OSS retaliated and pew pew'd two of their POS into reinforced/ The OSS POS was timed to come out in US primetime, so Huzzah did not make a play for it. The Huzzah POS, however.... OSS formed up and sent support in and dropped 10-15 caps onto the target. Huzzah responded and, with friends Cosmic Anomalies and Unnat, dropped 40+ caps on the attacking force. I love how quickly Eve balloons in #'s and bloodlust when capital ship killmails appear possible .Fortunately or unfortunately, OSS forces were actually bait. As OSS dreads starting going down and actually taking a few with them (surprised by this, but happy ), a cyno opened and 20 Pandemic Legion carriers stormed onto the scene to try and save the dying OSS caps and to assault the Huzzah/CAN/Unnat forces. More caps started exploding when another cyno opened and 60+ RA Caps joined the fray.Local was 270 at one point with over 150 being capitals. Pew pew kicked in with lag being mostly okay from most, but not all, reports, and more caps started exploding. Being well outgunned at this point, Huzzah + friends caps began cynoing out or slowly crawling into the shield of the POS. As the battle wound down.... OSS/JQV group lost 10 dreads, including a self destructing Moros. Well done, sir, deny the loot. Huzzah & friends lost 12 dreads & 7 carriers (heard a report that it was actually more, a total of 21, but I didn't do the math so eh). No capital losses from PL or RA. The POS did not go down, but as the goal was to incite a fight due to the attack on our POS and to kill some caps, that was never the goal to begin with (it wasn't even a dyspro or prom moon). I have no doubt the 100+ caps on the OSS/PL/RA side could've finished it off ![]() Support was decimated on both sides with OSS losing the bulk, especially in the beginning, but eh ![]() Last edited by Bizanich : 07-03-2008 at 11:28 AM. |

| We really need more type of capital ship, high end pvp (that matters) is nearly exclusively about hot drop / cap fleet battle. It's annoying to have only so few choices of cap ship, especialy cap ships are a lot more alike than other ship, ie a moros and a naglfar / revelation are a lot more alike than megathron / raven / apoc. Except for dictor hictor support fleet have become mostly irrevelant. |

+3 Internets | i've been quiet due to the "stfu on forums" edict. Huzzah has been bullying us for about a month because they thought they were the dominant group in the area capital wise. If they haven't figured out by now, our corp alone has more dreads than their entire coalition has been fielding. They broke pos nap and hit our pos in their primetime, so we reinforced all 4 of theirs in ours, the 2 huzzah proper owns that biz mentioned, as well as the 2 others their coalition has. |

| Stain Empire have been dicking about shotting POS in Esoteria and put one of our jumpbridge POSes into reinforced. They show up to kill it, we Goons put together a fleet to defend it...and then ~200 BoB+friends show up to help SE kill our POS. Local hits 500+... And then TCF out of fucking nowhere. End result: POS intact, jumpbridge chain unbroken, K : D RATIO! |
