Evicting someone in a time of war when they're contributing as a meat shield would be a suicidal action by BoB. RiSE wasn't having issues paying rent, they were having issues paying to rent a complex that they can't run.

Rise isn't going anywhere, MWA.. well that's probably a different story.

For such a large scale war there doesn't seem to be much action. I keep hoping for a "thrilla in manilla" and seem to be getting more late career Tyson-esque stuff.

Where are all the epic battles between the large parties? Or is that not how EVE works?

Yeah I agree, RISE's KB is fuckin nuts with the constant gank fleets entering their systems, yet they're still there. I hardly see any of the BoB pets make any sizeable contribution to help them defend their space either.

I don't think RISE will be going anywhere, and fuck MWA.

Yea it's been hard to support them (atleast for us RMF) since we've been dealing with TCF/UL though EXE has been up there and giving them a hand. So far we've been enjoying the war, having your opponents so close means you can have a lot of fun pvp'ing pretty much non stop all day. We commonly go up against larger forces but by no means are we crazy and throwing ourselves at them, we've been very efficient as of late. It can be pretty annoying when you're having a blast fighting even numbers then get a 120 man roll through and you spend the next 40mins at a pos

There is also the fact that BoB hasn't managed to finish a pos since thursday last week, despite the fact they sent a dozen in reinforced. The amount of capital ships deployed in feythabolis aread is kinda impressive.

maybe they are finally wising up. This is a much needed change in their politics, because they have been far more annoying than bob for a long while.

nothing much to report, KOS took back the 2 stations on their own. BoB spent 10 days and lost 9 capital ships to get this foothold in tenerifis, and well...

PS : Actually there's a funny detail, KOS stole 4 pos that BoB was unanchoring.

There has been a lot of action from the goons end, but it's not as much huge fleet ops as it is smaller drunken gangs. We have lots of fun doing it but theres no real circlejerk-worthy information for people not involved directly.

edit: ps. i hate saying fleet ops because the way the fleet system works is complete shit and i fucking hate it's laggy and unbearable self ahgreggreg

What, you don't enjoy the 1 second client update pauses every time someone de-cloaks on a gate jump while in a fleet structure? I love it!

Whoever coded the fleet system needs to be imported to the nearest prison, made to bend over and drop his trousers, and then held in place while select inmates have their way with him. The proceedings will be taped and broadcast to all family members within seven degrees of relation of said individual. He will then be bound, gagged, and ingloriously deposited into a whitewashed room with opaque LCD panels as walls that play, on repeat, continuously, over and over forevermore, every episode of the Teletubbies ever produced.

I might possibly have strong feelings on this matter.

They spent a good week or two trying to take H74 then IRON unanchored their 4 pos in the system. Maybe they worked out finally it's a deadend backwater useless system with no relevence to anything.
