Some guy said he wanted to be the first 70, and the rest of his guild surrendered to his wishes. Sounds fair enough, congrats to him on keeping so very many fellow guildmates from meaningful xping so he could be first. Hopefully he's thanked properly when they come in a day or two behind other guilds on some kill firsts.

Knowing the guild, I'd be inclined to think that it was the other way around: Millenium wanted to have the world first level 70 and they picked him for whatever reason.
