Mine went by very smoothly. Got my CE copy around 12:45am and I had everything installed and patched by 1:35. No issues with activation or patching. So far no lag or sudden realm crashes.

Medivh was really stable all around, outside of approximately 10 tries required to hammer the account authentication page, everyone in my guild got into outland fine, we had about 20 there when I logged off 4 minutes ago. So far, I'm impressed overall. We'll see how tomorrow goes =)

The bombing quest is great.

My friend did have second cd not work during the install. He's pretty pissed. I'd lend him mine but its a far drive and I'm playing.

In China we still dont have the 2.0.0 patch. Its tuesday and no patch yet... another week AT LEAST. Usually Chinas patches come 1-2 weeks after the US ones; at this rate we will get BC sometime around September.

How much EXP is needed to go from 60-61? I currently have 20 completed quests on my characters waiting to turn in as soon as we get BC here. I'm hoping that will put me 1/2 to 61 at least and I can get a lil ahead of the crouds. I dont want to be fighting over mobs like we did in the newbie zones. Wolves were extinct for 3 days.

Same here. props to Blizz on this release so far.

I have but 1 complaint... Why in the hell did they make the BEs so damn fruity? Besides that nothing at all. matter of fact I have to comment on how GREAT everything si actually running. Seems the game is actually running 2X better now than it was even just earlier today.

I've been in since about 1am. Flawless install. Flawless account upgrade. 0 server crashes. Nil lag even with a ton of players in one zone.

Blizzard gets an A++ for learning from its past mistake of a launch and making this launch absolutely beautiful.. another milestone for other mmorpgs to live up to..

On a side note I haven't even leveld up one time yet and already I have replaced 80% of my gear through quests!!!

Granted my hunter was in mostly greens and blues but still.. 80%.... wow...

i'm notcing its so much easier to level as a hunter since warrior rogues heck nearly every class runs at a mob and i just arcane shot tag it.

Then i switch to next mob tag it and drop a freeze trap so i can finish it later

then pop a third mob who i let beat on me while i kill my catdog's first mob

All the while 20 players looking frustrated trying to get smoe quest item.... hehe... being a hunter is fun!..

Now to decide when i switch pets..

I really don't know how you can say that just yet. As you said in your post, you've only been playing since 1am. I imagine only a very small percentage of subscribers got the game tonight and so I doubt there was much stress on the servers at all. Tomorrow will be the big test.

No way that you will.

I've done probably over 10 quests in Outlands already, most giving 8k+ each, not to mention killing a crapload of 60+ mobs - and I'm not even half yet.

Takes 494,000 exp to get to 61.
