Coilfang Slave Pens is completely superior to Hellfire Ramparts in every way possible. Boy, I fucking HATE Ramparts. Coilfang has just tons of fun poured into it and I love it. The mobs are genuinely hard and the pulls can be hectic, and with a good group you just blow through them and get amazing experience and hopefully some amazing items. It's a shame that the last boss is kinda bullshit, though.

I did Mana Tombs today, me 63 resto shaman and another 64 resto shaman, 70 hunter 67 war and 64 feral druid. It was actually rather difficult, for a first time anyway and with limited CC options. Those mana burners are a BITCH. But so far it's the most fun instance I've done. The last boss is really inventive imo, never seen anything quite like that.

The last boss where he just threw adds at you?

I did it today with 2 hunters and a 63 priest. Wasnt bad at all, and was actually very fun. Last boss seemed pretty easy. Hardest boss was the very first one. Rest was cake.

Yeah but you can control the flow of adds, I don't know it seemed original to me but I'm hardly an encounter expert. We wiped once then figured out the deal with the orbs then it was cake.

Adds spawn every 30 seconds, and die pretty quickly, Dont know how you can "control them". Just kill them lol.

And ya, those mana burners suck pretty hard. Gotta kill them fast, and silence them before they cast it.

I'm liking the dungeons but i've seen a striking resemblance to things from EQ.

For example. Aviaks in Southern Karana vs the birds Sethekk Halls. It may just be me but it reminds me of EQ. I've even seen flowing thought items popping up as well. Doesn't bother me as i like adventuring in a world where things seem familare and i can progress my character from EQ1 through WoW
