You really aren't adding anything to the discussion are you champ ? You dont like WoW .. fine. However, some constructive criticism wouldn't go amiss.

Played for 4 hours last night during Euro primetime, mostly running Ramparts and Furnace. Had a ton of fun, got some DPS upgrades for my priest for levelling and logged off wanting more.

EU Draenor was rock solid during the Euro primetime, although Hellfire did 'burp' from time to time (wtf you expect with 500 people in the zone). Heh, I got a summon to Citadel via the rock and it was like hearthing into Orgrimmmar

Guy had 20 plus people power-leveling him. If you can convince your entire guild to PL you, all the more power to you.

Wont argue about Loatheb, despite that farming for shadow prot potions takes 15 mins per week. But how exactly 4HM and C'thun was mindless timesinks ?

Naxx would've been steamrolled through without needless timesinks and farming you fucking retard.
Not really. It took more than a month for DnT to kill 4hm because its a damn hard to come with a working strategy, and horsies doesn't require any serious timesinks (don't mentiond 4/9 DN please, horsies was successfully killed by guilds with 1-2 warriors with 4/9 DN)
Actually if Naxx was tuned accordingly, and alchemy wasn't usable/available it will took even longer to conquer it.

Aside from the queues and some lag here and there it was amazingly smooth. Some servers didn't do as well, but thats damn near normal. If they can get away with restarts now and again during the crush it will be dang good.

The biggest issue is the queues frankly. Going from 200-300 to 800-1000 at primetime tends to suck.

considering most used flasks and pots to defeat these encounters the first few times I feel that's worth mentioning. Considering most of these fights are designed to keep such things in mind. Sure a guild bank handles that, however I know guilds were running low on cash to continually providing these to their members. Also farming gold to afford 30g+ repairs from a night of learning an encounter is a needless timesink and a poor attempt at taking gold out of the game which has led rise to the farmer population. I'm just saying WoW isn't free of its boring and mindless timesinks, and to bash another game for them is rather stupid.

p.s. requiring guilds to gear up from a zone in order to do the end content of the zone is a smart idea. Farming boring ass shit in wpl to afford repairs and pots or farming to components for the pots themselves isn't.

Well aside from the world crashes, which afterall we ALL expected, I find the expansion so far very polished. Main concern I have however is the small size of the expansion. You have to realize that basically 2 continents full of characters will now be stuffed into a handful of zones. There won't be a "spreading out" as there was at initial game release. I fully expect these crashes and lag to continue for quite sometime.

When EQ came out with its first expansion it literally doubled the world. Wish I could say the same for WOW's expansion.

The zones are huge, only hellfire pen has been kind of an animal house, barrens 2.0, once you get out of there it's relatively quiet.

Really strange seeing horde/alliance in all these spots questing, hardly anyone is pvping each other.

From my personal experience on Burning legion (EU- PvP, high pop) :

Didn't hear anything about queues, maybe 100 tops as far as I know, was logged in before primetime though so didn't experience it myself.
New starting zones are overcrowded (50-100 people in the 1-20 area) but are totally lag free, props to them on that.

As far as Outlands go, Hellfire was lagging heavily (2-3seconds lag) from 9pm to midnight, outlands server crashed a few times (no NPC's, no mobs, etc...).
Zones were rebooted at least 10times during the evening (instances untouched).
At one time though, the whole server went down for 10minutes, had to be forcefully restarted seemingly.

All in all, it's not smooth, it's decent though because with over 1000 people in hellfire and maybe over 2500 in outlands the thing as a whole is withstanding it pretty well.

Concerning new races, I can tell there was a 24 BE paladin yesterday at midnight (highest online), for the alliance side it was a lvl23 shaman by midnight.

I'm pretty happy to have moved out of the draenei starting areas myself, there were still plenty of quests about but I decided to leave for Westfall / Redridge to get the DeadMines quest stacked up for a run and to leave the TBC cluster in case of crashes, boy did I do well (left us with 2 draenei being able to level decently during prime time the other one being in ashenvale).
Whole Eastern Kingdom, I assume Kalimdor aswell, ran flawlessly ever since TBC has been launched.

When I logged out, I was nearing the lvl20 mark with a /played of close to 12hours, with a draenei warrior.
Pretty happy with how things are going here =)

I was bummed to find out that Shattrath City didn't have an auction house or any class trainers - at least that I could find. I was thinking that city was going to completely replace Orgrimmar but perhaps not. Although you can bind in Shattrath City and then use the permanent portals to get to the city you need in the old-world and then hearth back to Shat.

The servers are up for six hours in the early, early A.M. with no problems and the "Blizzard Dynasty remains unchallenged"? I'm not criticizing WoW one way or the other. I'm laughing at some of you. You're ridiculous.

Guys. The Burning Crusade might be the most important thing that has happened. Ever.

Shadowsong is perfect. No lag, no crashes, tiny bit crowded but not bad.

I don't think we even have any 63+'s yet.

Edit: Doh, we have 1 63.
