I think the point is, the expansion launch came off without a hitch; the fact that everyone who has ever played is trying to play today isn't the expansion's fault.

Of course there are server problems associated with everyone trying to play; there's server problems when there's not an expansion out. Railing on Blizzard for known server issues just makes you look petty. Their expansion has come off amazingly well, the zones are polished and fun, the gameplay is changed and amazing (at least from my point of view; I hit 61 earlier today and have done ramparts/furnace about 5 times).

Medivh been down for awhile now, and keeps crashing when it makes it back up. Blah blah blah, servers are a peice of shit. You would think though with 8 million people, they would be able to atleast get some hardware that would stay up longer.

Magtheridon is currently fucked, it has been restarting once every 5 minutes. It dumps everyone, they all log back on, and then it crashes again. This last time though there was no NPCS so me and my friend had a fun time getting exploration xp and mapping out blades edge and netherstorm before the server crashed.

Well Doomhammer has been flawless since midnight last night. At least old world, if Ghostlands and Eversong are part of that.. dunno if they are. My friend in outland says everything there is running smooth as well.

Of course, back at launch some servers ran well compared to the 'terrible 20'.
