That is because you can change buttons based on stances, this has been built into the UI since day one. What other scriptability remains in buttons I don't know, I do know they at least made efficiency macros harder by invoking the global on a button when the first ability in that macro fails. If hotkeys can still change dynamically in combat for some reason other than stance then you still have a workaround...in fact you'd have a workaround for a whole lot of things, you would simply have to put more effort into some than others (such as, say, decursive).

I'm not totally up on all the changes.

so,can I not have those dynamic bars that change my stance on a single bar anymore. Was playing my warrior with PhotekUI (which uses bartender3) and to my surprise, my bar was kept the same. Is there any bar mod out there that functions like blizzard's bar. If not, is there any mod out there that will allow me to relocate and slim down blizzard's main action bar?

Bartender3 will change pages with stances, you just need to set it up so. Check the menus again.
