bleh skipped a year and items are still meh to me, how about they add fancy effects to items rather then bore us with the same stuff just 3% more stats? I am not in beta and dont know much about the itemization but this looks MEH

cloak with levitate clicky?
boots with sow?(seru boots not stupid jboots)
engineered tunic with batteries to upgrade regen to solo?(fungi with charges)
shawl with a buff to increase mana regen ( <3 <3<3<3<3<3<3)

Because those items then become way more powerful as time goes on due to nothing upgrading them. Kinda like Skull of Impending Doom - it was a free super sprint if you knew where to get/camp it, with a 5m CD - and its an off hand meaning you could swap it mid combat. They finally got around to nerfing it to where it scaled (you lose 60% of your HP/Mana now vs 500 or 600 hp and mana before)

Weaksauce. WoW itemization sucks. It's 98.9% just +.001% to dps/heal/stat X/etc -- things like C'thun's tentacle are far too rare.
