+109 Internets | fohguild.org stress test - WEDNESDAY 6pm-7pm PST I'd like to stress test the uberguilds servers and I'd like to get a head count on how many people will be available and ready to follow instructions for 1 hour (give or take) on Wednesday November 29th (in 2 days) starting at 6:00pm PST. I'll sticky a thread when the time comes with instructions on what I'd like you to be doing. Please only vote yes if I can count on you to be here and ready to cooperate - consider this a raid. Even if you can't be here for a full hour, it would be helpful if you can be here at 6 for about 10 minutes for the initial big test. Please be watching this page: http://www.fohguild.org/forums/mmorp...al-discussion/ and refreshing it every couple minutes and look for [STRESS TEST] threads for instructions.

+3 Internets | I already talked to you about this Requiem, so just in case you forgot : you want to rent one of these, plug it in the WAN port of your load balancer/router/wathever, and start crashing your server. There are also free software that do the same thing, but will give you less performances/connections/transactions per seconds ; but it's free, and if your servers are not too powerful, that might be enough. I believe the Apache foundation has got one.
