+1 Internets | Everyone has a different opinion on which ships look good, tbqh. I think there are some gallente ships that look good, and some that look crappy. The drone-centric cruiser and BS look a little silly imho, but the drone battlecruiser is SUPER AWESOME. |

| Gallente ships are the coolest, highest-polygon, organic-looking designs in the game. With the exception of the Dominix, they all look pretty cool. Amongst the other races only the Amarr come close to Gallente coolness, and for certain classes, namely battlecruisers and cap ships, the Amarr can look much cooler. The Amarr titan is easily the coolest looking of the bunch. Caldari ship design is inspired by decrepit soviet housing blocks. Minmatar ships look like soviet housing blocks after an enthusiastic airstrike. Drones are imba. |

| gallente ships for the most part look pretty sweet, but theres some ugly and good looking ones for every race. Gallente's first tier battleship, the Dominix, as an example, is one ugly fucker. Which is sad, since its their best battleship by far. Amarr ships also look pretty cool, and caldari arent all bad, though im not a big fan on them. If your going for style, amarr or gallente is the way to go. Id suggest gallente, since they are better at pvp than amarr. Minmatar ships look like they are heald to gether by shoe strings, duct tape, and tinfoil hats. If your garbage came alive and started shooting back your probably being attacked by a minmatar. Even so, the minmatar have a few pretty hot looking ships, and their ships are good. Drones are very very worth if you fly ships that can use them. If you choose gallente ships, getting your drones skill to 5 should be high priority, especially if you aim to fly a battleship. The dominix might be one ugly ass beast, but its drones are annoying as hell if used right. |

| one of the guides said training drone skills is assisted by memory. is it such that going all points into memory is worth while? or is it still perception>inteligence still the order of the day? |

| Drone skills train really fast. Drones 5 is the gateway skill for all the important ones, and its only a tier 1 skill, so it takes less than a week to max. Thats one of the main reasons it should be first to raise, cause its so quick and gives so much bonus. Stay with Perception as your primary skills, cause theres a LOT of perception skills for combat that take longer to train. |

| Not only is the dominix ugly, it looks like its going to STAY ugly in the new engine too. Whereas the Raven and Scorpion come out looking like they tripled the poly budgets on them. But by then the domi will be at around 40 mill per BS... Alongside drone DPS, drone UTILITY (you can do all kinds of silly shit with drones, including heals, jamming, snaring) the dominix is the cheapest battleship on the market, coming in at around 55-60 million per ship. That's anywhere from a half down to a third of any other battleship's market price. Hell, it's only 15-20 million more than the newest battlecruisers. The domi's low cost is a killer value-add to the ship. It's so cheap people rarely feel any hesitation to assume such a negligible risk. It's no surprise that most those high-profile high-sec freighter ganks (like that Trauma video) are dominix-heavy. |

+1 Internets | If I had to order the attributes in importance, I would say perception, intelligence, memory, willpower, charisma. Perc, int, and mem would be a little bit better, and will and cha a little bit worse. If I had to roll a character right this day, though, I would roll him with pretty even attributes. |

| For most characters the vast majority of your sp is gonna be in spaceship command, gunnery or missiles... perc is the prime atribute of all three.. i dont think its possible to spike perc and regret it unless you are totally into industry and only industry or something like that. dominix at this point is just a crazy good ship.. with how low the prices are getting losing one is getting extremely cheap.. especially since you can fit one with absolute crap and still pwn with it. | Gallente ships really splurge on the polys/textures though. Here's the dreadnought under escort by two Brutix-class battlecruisers, it's in the current (old) engine too, but it's still pretty damned hot: |

+6 Internets | I'm not a fan of the Gallente style, too smooth and bubbly for my taste. However if smooth/organic/lots of lights is your thing, you will probably like Gallente a lot. And of course they have some of the most hax ships in the game for the time being, we'll see how things go when they nerf racks of nos. |
