+6 Internets | You're out of date, actually. The newbie agent (the one the tutorial agent points you to) actually has a really awesome series of newbie missions now, and as rewards he'll give you useful skillbooks and a real frigate, among other things. |

Since Frigate L3 takes about a day I've got that going while I sleep, then switching to shorter skills during the day. =D

| I schedule my training around life. there was this one point where I had like 6 skills that were 4 hour skills and no time to train them up so I had to stick with 8 hour+ skills (working, nights out, sleeping). sucked having to wait, but I'm not going to let any time go to waste! ![]() |

Now I have to wait five days...then 3% extra something. 5 days...then a prereq for a skill I want later. ![]()

+3 Internets | Friendly reminder that despite the talk of the big dawgs and their capital armadas and such, there's still plenty of action to be had when you're piloting a battleship or less: Come to Syndicate, All are welcome! ![]() |

+3 Internets | that was ships lost in the last 24 hours. ships lost in the last 1 hour and pods killed in last 1 hour was even more vicious but you couldn't see half the universe since most 0.0 wasn't even lit up at all. that big red dot is from a single system btw: ![]() Last edited by Kazgrim : 04-16-2007 at 08:51 AM. |

+3 Internets | and by hellhole Lorrac means, "come on in, the water is fine." There's a certain honesty to life in syndicate, where someone trying to pod you is just their way of saying hello, where the concept of having to go look for pvp action is a strange and foreign concept, where POSes mean nothing to territory control and all that matters is your guy's ability to kill the other guys. |

I wasn't there, but it was 90+ players on both sides duking it out and Bruce brought in Carriers. OSS hesitance to bring in their own caps is aggravating, but it sounds like OSS killed more then they lost, but as it was Bruce territory they kept getting new ships and held the field. It's nice to see the Eve universe is big enough that it doesn't entirely revolve around Alliance versus Coalition. I'm digging my time in Syndicate, good place for newbs to learn 0.0 as well (despite the npc stations).

| Not everything is about the coalition vs alliance anyways. We are currently "saving venal" from npcers and "Dē resisdents" and it is quite fun. Although the ammount of resistance is rather ridiculous =) |
