It's not really a problem for Mal'ganis. I think Aurora and Ret both did some mild recruiting but nothing hardcore that I'm aware of, and certainly they're nowhere near the machine of Nihilum or some of the other top guilds.

It's pointless trying to convince an addict in denial that he is addicted or that addicition to a "game" is even possible. That is true especially on these forums where thoughtful ideas and intelligent posts even on a good day are routinely flamed and smeared with the typical excrement that comes from the mouths of the average forum poster these days. Dare to disagree or hold a slightly unpopular opinion and the know-it-all groupthink squad (the same handful of people) starts to pile on with their unfunny one liners. Debate about a serious issue such as addiction on forums like these is entirely pointless. We have more important things to debate here like hunter DPS, purple epics and if warriors are getting shafted in the BCE.

Likewise, it's pointless for me to try to point out that not everyone here is a "hardcore addict" like you seem to presume (present company excluded, right?), and are at best a minority on this board -- at least concerning the ones who post on a regular basis.

Long story short, your post is full of shit and so are you. For someone who has an account on this board, you certainly seemed to have missed all the "i have no time to fucking camp shit for 6+ hours like i did in EQ" posts that are frequently brought up. Which, I shall conclude, are not exactly the kind of statements addicts would make.

PS: show me the actual physiological effects of MMO addiction, since you have such a hard-on for discussing it, and compare those to drug/alcohol addiction, please.
