To continue to drag this off topic, I find it amusing the leaps and bounds people will go to insult others that have a different view of their favorite game. Maybe, for him, droppable items are a great idea. I, personally, think they are.

I played on FV in EQ and it was great that everything was droppable, with the exception of a couple of epic items. BoP is a stupid fucking idea, especially in a mostly instanced game like WOW. What fucking difference does it make if the Baron's mount is farmable and droppable? None. Now, we'll hear all about how the farmers would be selling this and farming that and blah blah blah. They would do that anyway. They do it outside for mats, droppable items, ect and they basically take over an area doing so. So, it'd actually be better if they could get in the instanced shit and farm away, because at least they wouldn't be killing every damn demon in Azshara 24 fucking 7. I'd kill for an all droppable RP type server in WoW that actually worked (I know that getting servers that work is pretty fucking hard for the dumb cocksuckers that run the show over there, but there's always hope I guess).

To the person asking about servers, RP and RP-PVP have probably the most mature people in general on them, but they still have a ton of fucktards and attract some real douches.

I've been playing a Priest on and off since release.

In all that time I'd never used an "active" mod of any kind. Just CTRA to show groups and nothing else, no emergency monitor, tank list, raid status or any of that. No decursive, cast party, threat meters or any of that.

Then at the request of a friend I installed just about everything I mentioned up there to run a raid with his guild.

1.) I took pride in prioritizing dispels/heal and having the dexterity to execute them. A large part of those skills are completely outmoded with these addons.

2.) People who've never played without these mods are absolutely dependent on and largely useless without them. The same players who were passable in BWL with clearly marked targets and explicit instructions are useless and unable to manage themselves in a less forgiving 5 man.

At this point, I'm really hoping TBC stealth kills active mods.

It only works in a raid/party setting.

I made this for the end-game, not leveling.

If you need to test it just add anyone to your party and go try it.

Also I've got a compact mode in the works.

Maybe if you make it bigger, with a shinier skin, and make it so when I use slice and dice it pops up a TOKYO DRIFT meter which counts down the duration of the buff. Then when I crit a giant picture of Paul Walker giving the thumbs up can flash on the screen and you can play a random sound file of Ludacris. Finally there needs to be a rearview mirror that zooms in my character's teeth so I can see my platinum grill.

Next time you can spare us the spicy rhetoric and just post a picture of you jerking yourself off.

Make all the arguments you'd like about people using them being lesser or worse in certain tangential situations, you're not going to convince anyone that it is true.

Attentiveness isn't a skill. Seeing a debuff and manually removing it is not a skill, it is not something you get better at via practice. The experience allows your anticipation to become more or less accurate.

There is plenty of time to respond with a manual removal as there is with decursing manually. I choose to press one button because it outmodes the need for attentiveness, not SKILL, and allows me to pay attention to other things.

How that makes me useless without it is your fantasy.

QFT. It is because of this that encounters can be as complex as they are. Mods basically help with redundant tasks (like curing) while people can focus on other more involved tasks.

I'll reroll rogue if this mod gets made. Awesome post.

This mod needs the "Toasty!" effect from Mortal Kombat.

A difficult or less forgiving 5 man instance is pretty much an oxymoron.
