That Opera House'd be a good spot. Long dead characters watching ghosts forever enact an opera....etc

Aiii.....

The humans that moved before or together with Medivh are some crazy bastards though, living in a house that was made for someone 10 times bigger than me would freak me out something fierce.

After the retardation that was the AQ40 run back, I'd be surprised if they didn't have waypoints, at least at the beginning of each new section i'd imagine. I saw a few places that looked like obvious waypoints (such as the little room outside the final stairwell leading to the top of the tower).

Very exciting stuff. And this is only one of many raid zones. *splooge*

I agree. I need to know who the artists are so I can avoid them in the future. Har har.

There were a couple points in the video where it sounded more like the actual Karazhan stuff playing. If not that, at least something that seemed to fit more then the "unch unch unch unch" techno stuff ;p

From google...

Third track, starting at approx. 10:53, is In the Shadows, by The Rasmus.

First audio track is Saltwater, by Chicane, from the album Behind the Sun.

Aq40 isnt a very good selling point here. It's hit and miss for me, bwl is amazing while mc is shit. Aq40 is shit while naxx is incredible.

I see alot of the same themes in bwl and naxx, so maybe thats it for me, dunno.

What I want to know is did this guy start from the base of the tower, or was that video from basement to top since theoretically Karazhan extends down almost as far as it goes up.

Only Karazhan stands south-east of Stormwind, not on Draenor.

I dunno if he started at the base, but I get the distinct feeling he was workin his way up to the top. For instance, early on he goes outside and you see a tree top. Later on he's distinctly higher up until he finally reaches "the top" of Castlevani...er, Karazhan. Plus you notice the general layout of the building changes. As it gets higher it seems more and more like the rules of nature don't apply anymore. You'll notice the lower levels appear as a sort of normal high society castle, but in the higher reaches you notice occult zones, research points, Medivh's actual living quarters, floating structures, etc.

Have you ever seen any of the neo/gothic cathedrals in the world? They're MASSIVE.

I applaud the designers of this instance, I'm excited to give it a go!

It's not the same, but my observation has already been answered by Cyb.

Looks nice.

Certain parts remind me of other places in WoW, like the Library in SM.

I can hear the Harry Potter jokes already at the chess board. Look for one of the books on the floor off to the side, or a statue, to have a readable clickie with a story about Parry Fotter and friends, or something...
