They grey mobs aggro'ing high level players was addressed months ago.
I have played the game for a couple of weeks, before it got deinstalled because it was that bad. So you can leave the "speculation" and the "might"-part out. My first hand experience was about 3 months ago though, so I am not uptodate with the recent changes. Still I doubt that you managed to turn it all around in such a short time after it took you four years to make it as bad as it was. Anyways, at least you finally confirm now that the game was that bad at one point. Back then you tried to dodge such issues in your statements and told everyone how great the game was already and how much fun you had playing it.

On the other hand, we are talking about game mechanics here. If it is a concept to make roads safe and block all overland travel with a mesh of yardtrash and if you "fixed" it for the high level players, then I guess that the low-mid level players still have to deal with it.

About the yardtrash that either shows or doesn't, you are trying to mislead people again. Perception is a feature in this game! This means you aren't supposed to see these mobs, because they are supposed to attack you while you are unaware. The actual transition of this concept leads to a dead landscape with mobs jumping you out of nowhere. You can have the highest clipping possible (2 FPS) and it won't help, because once again, this is a concept.

Wait, it all changed because you renamed Beta 2.5 into Beta 3. My fault...I'll check back in Beta 4 to see if you made any meaningful progress.

There is a monster coming towards me that I just shot with my bow and arrow. I best stand perfectly still like nothing is happening at all.

So wait let me get this straight. You are bitching about the player not moving around? I guess he could fire another arrow, but i'm not sure how you can complain about the game because the PERSON CONTROLLING THE CHARACTER chose not to take any other actions, besides turning on his battle song. Seriously just shut the fuck up.

Seriously, your posts are horrible for myself to read personally. I don't know what you have against brad, sexual desire or whatever, but it is pretty intense. Reading your posts give me a more awkward feeling than walking into a gay bar with my woman.

Can you try to tone down your harsh feelings of how you believe things should be and how they are and maybe have a thread with more substance other than "Hello, I am Neric and I dislike you because I envy you."

So you haven't seen anything since before the most dramatically improved phase started? Once again, your presumptions are just that.

All this post needs is a sentence about Rich Vogel raping your mom and you can change your name to Utnayan.

Yes, I have not seen Beta 3 yet. But since it only started like a couple of weeks ago, I doubt that it's a totally different game now. Sure, they made a couple of changes, but it's still Vanguard or do you wan't to claim that you can't recognize the game anymore. Since I want to give it a bit more time (more than 2-3 months at least), I have decided to check back in Beta 4. In the meantime it's still possible to comment on screenshots and videos, because what you see is what you get after all.

You have to make sure the start of the vanguard experience is fun as soon as you jump in. Just remember that because some starting places I hear are as dull as can be.

looks much better and much more playable IMO.

This might be something I'd pick up to play now, just from seeing that video. Would like to see more; spells and group combat.
