Burning Crusade, How far away is it?

I am starting to doubt the expansion will be out before the end of the year. We all know that Blizzard loves a long Beta process and testing session. Then you get post like these from CMs

Why the silence? Is there just going to be a big blow-out on info one day for each and every class? It seems like the expansion is getting very close, and we still have no info on class changes.
The short answer would be, because they aren't finished. The long answer would actually be the same answer but I would take a few more sentences to make it seem like I am saying something more substantial.
I was hoping that it would at least be in the "internal testing" stage. If we dont see a beta in the next 2 months I don't see this expansion happening "soon". My personal ETA is around march next year. When do you think it will be out?

I figure, it'll be out some time after Naxx is not only being farmed, but shit is getting disenchanted more than equipped.

There's been no information about anything after 1.12 except the expansion so the easy money goes in the basket with 'information coming after 1.12'.

Betting on about late November/early december, myself.

Wonder if they plan to be retarded about the release or not, though. I don't think I've ever played a MMO where an expansion release went as planned without several days of unexpected downtime.

When does the Aztec calendar thing end?
Teehee trolling.
I'm guessing some time after that.

You're talking about computer games. So the real answer is "The week after Duke Nukem Forever".

My guess is they'd want to shoot for a christmas release, but I wouldn't expect it before march.

EQ2 released the last expansions with no major problems, think it's going well for EQ1 too.

With the kind of server troubles WoW has on a regular basis, it couldn't get much worse... maybe that's their plan so they can claim the expansion didn't cause worse stability - zing

For once Im actually happy a cash-hungry company has control. Blizzards
rediculous pace for updates and expansions isnt acceptable anymore.
Im guessing around Xmas at the latest.
