I'd like a bit of justification on the WF nerf. If it's overpowered in pvp, that's because Blizzard is foolish for trying to use one ruleset, since it is perfectly balanced in pve.

Also, in a cross server bg your realm is attached to your name on the score card. Reads out like Name-Realm

It's 25% because they changed the way slows were displayed. Same effect, basically.

Not quite. Based on their new slow formula new Thunderfury proc is slightly better, because it needed to be more desireable.

I heard somewhere that they put the name of the server you are from in front of your name or something, so I guess it wouldn't matter if people have the same name.

The TF change is only good if TF doesn't work off the standard PPM system. As in, it's proc rate is constant.

What's the new system? As far as I know, pretty much every weapon proc works under the PPM system, which is then enhanced by instant attacks and haste. But, TF is a special weapon, so I wouldn't be surprised if it had a constant proc rate, especially since so much of its damage comes from the proc.
