+2 Internets | It's actually even worse on the EU servers. There's over 40 EU servers with an alliance to horde ratio in excess of 2:1, and about half of those are over 2.5:1. (see server list sorted by ratio. This change might actually make the queues worse if you are now on a server with a reasonably low A:H ratio, and you get lumped with some of those >2.5:1 servers. An actual fix may be to let alliance and horde group up and guild with each other, and whenever 20 people sign up for WSG, throw them against each other. The "war" between horde and alliance isn't exactly a core element of the game anymore (certainly not on PVE servers anyway). It reminds me of the 'evils only!' guilds EQ had at one point in it's (early) life, it's might be fun from a roleplaying point of view but in the end it's just not practical.

| Ugly races, gimped pvp/pve and trolls don't have fucking shoes. Canceled and waiting for tbc to roll around so I can make a draenei and not be gayed up like horde is.

| To be fair, Blizzard wasn't the ones who started touting the idea. I recall a certain movement on this very board (and the corresponding movement on WoW General) positing that cross-server BGs are the way to go. |

| They're most likely grouped by backend database server cluster. At the very least they are grouped by being in the same data centers. I doubt they'll grab arbitrary servers and throw them into 11 to balance things out. |
