I'm on an EU server, full of fuckin' Swedes. General chat isn't as bad as the US server I was on persay, but that's more because of a certain guild and their ego more than anything else.

When I started WoW beta back in phase 3 though, there was nothing like that around. That said it was a much smaller community. They should really just make it so you have to apply for servers, I think the first filter for beta applications is "does this guy sound like an idiot?".

Shrug I call other people in WoW racials and the likes all the time. I dont see the big deal people make out of it. When I played eq on Prexus I did the same thing. Yes I do this in real life too.

If strong language from people who don't know you on the internet offends you, I suggest you curl up on your bunk bed with a nice Harry Potter book and let your mommy kiss you goodnight rather than entering the big scary game where people might say something you don't like.

While I agree to an extent, it does get a bit ridiculous at at times. It doesn't bother me really, but it wouldn't hurt to see Blizzard cracking down on it more.

Left one guild on Sargeras because of their never ending spam of general and yell with nig this nig that.

Turned down a C'Thun guild on Kalecgos four times because they say shit like "Where's dat nigga Firemaw at?" "Tank dat nigga" and what not.

See if it's funny, you're not in trouble. Hearing a skinny white dork say nig or fag every other word on vent, isn't very funny. I just think about eye witnessing one of those bnet kids saying it in real life within ear shot of a real man.

Especially when all emphasis is drained out of those words. There is no "shock" value left in those words, neither is their shock value in the word "fuck" when you say it three times a sentence.

These people need to listen to some old Richard Pryor standup, to see how to use the words correctly.
