How does Blizzard decide upon server migrations?

Aye. One of my friend, who's a real casual now (wife and children intruded in his usual schedule), did reroll a rogue on horde side, just to avoid the BG queues. He raids as a rogue with us alliance side, and PvPs as a rogue on the horde side.

(ok, we're a semi-casual raiding guild now, and the only reason we rolled alliance was that the guildlead wanted to play a dark elf - meaning the only acceptable substitute was a mangina. Otherwise, we'd have been horde all the way)

Anyways, anything that convince people to roll the "lesser" side is an improvement. Myself, I'd rather see a self-corrector:you have 70% alliance active vs 30% horde on your server? Good, horde has 20% more DPS (40%/2). In all activities, PvP as well as PvE.

Castrate your guild leader. Playing a NightElf as a stand in for Dark Elves is heresy... the fact he made a mangina makes it about 10x worse.
