| It wouldn't shock me to hear that WoW's subscription numbers in the US were flat or falling. The more casual people are less 'sticky' than the hardcore gamers and WoW has lots of them. The numbers will be back up into the stratosphere when tBC launches. Besides, Blizzard could lose 9/10 of it's customer base in a fire and they'd still be far from insolvent. Olio |

| Based on the number of people on old servers (like mine) it's hard to believe subscription numbers are going down. We have true newbies on their first character just now getting to 60. There's been some turnover sure but it doesn't "feel" like population is going down. Thats hardly a scientific analysis though. |
