i've met several true newbies when i made a shaman to help an exeqguildmate start playing wow (he just started playing this week) in the course of an hr i helped atleast 10 true newbies in the mulgore area..(including my friend)

I'm actually interested in trying out WoW, but I'm too lazy to go out to a store and buy it. If anyone can PM me one of those keys, I can all but assure you I would just go immediatly and sign on for full membership.

So, basically, first person to PM me a bring a friend key gets 30 free days.

About 5 people I knew from EQ1 started playing WoW within the last couple weeks. I highly doubt it's hurting for numbers ;p

I just looked around the VG Forums - who is this Tessera (Gets better if you look at the website too - http://www.tessmage.com ) retard? And why is he/she so vehemenently anti-wow, like how WoW tRICKED her, and milked her dry, etc.

Not sure what fucking WoW shes playing, but right now its easily the best raiding MMO on the market.

I don't know about easily. Maybe arguably. EQ 1's raid game is better than it has ever been at the moment. And from what I read about most of WoW's raid encounters, they are both pretty similar. Now if you hate everything else about EQ, then obviously it makes WoW better, but I wouldn't call WoW the clear winner in the raid game.

The only problem with EQ1 is that it's still EQ1. That eliminates it from contention for a good portion of people.
